but I am one sore man of steel today.  yesterday was over 2 hours of working out, and the last one was weapons sparring class from 8-9 PM.  it was way fun, that's for sure, but my legs aren't in sparring shape quite yet.  at least there isn't any kicking involved, otherwise I would probably not be moving at all this morning.
